Review content:
Things are not always as they are portrayed. After spending 2 MONTHS reading reviews and searching for a new waxer I was happy to find a place that was open that worked with my schedule.\r

After going through the process of reading what they offered for male services and booking a scheduled appointment just short of a week in advance I was happy to receive an email and text CONFIRMING my appointment and requested service.\r

I again received a reminder of my appointment the night before. So imagine my surprise when I got up this morning 3 hours before my appointment with a voicemail telling me they do NOT offer the selected AND confirmed service/appointment for males.\r

To make things worse, THEY have a 12 hour cancellation policy with $25 fee charged to the credit card on file. My appointment was made 6 days in advanced yet THEY cancelled me with 3 hours notice.\r

I am just grossly disappointment in the unprofessionalism and will tell everyone I know about it.
