I would give it 0 stars, if it was an option. Good Customer service is what defines and differentiates a good retail business from a poor one. Zyzyx in Pikesville, MD does not have a good customer service in place.
The salesperson could not operate a computer, was rude and disrespectful. Even after I researched and coordinated with an artist to order an item through the store, they refused to honor my store credit for the order. Archaic store policy aside, the salesperson was rude and snippy. Customer service is not their strongest suit.
Judaica online shopping sounds so much more attractive after dealing with Zyzyx staff in Pikesville, MD
