Initially, I had Gillespie's Abbey Carpet & Floor come out to my home to clean the carpets. In the past, I had other companies come out to do carpet cleaning and the rug was coming up in some areas. When Abbey Carpet did the cleaning, they were very helpful and secured down the carpet, on top of doing a great job with the carpet cleaning.
Moving forward, we knew that we wanted to have wood floors in our home and past service experience led us to Abbey Carpet. We began with just looking to get wood floors in our bedroom; we picked out the product and they did a fabulous job with the bedroom floors. Steve Hoover was friendly and fun to work with throughout that project. We will be having them come back to lay down tile and wood floors in the rest of our home.
Overall, the service we have receive has been great. We feel comfortable working with them. They are knowledgeable about their products. They are helpful in picking out products. Their Saturday schedule allows us to go to their showroom on the weekend, when we have time. We feel comfortable with them and we trust them with our floors.
