Great customer service and excellent work by Joeanne! I searched and searched for a new alteration business after the one I had been using closed down. I was so happy to find Joeanne's - she has great hours and is very accommodating. In addition, she did wonderful work altering my daughter's prom dress that had multiple layers of chiffon (you really had to know what you were doing with this dress). I was very happy with the results and will be back again the next time I need to have something altered. You can trust Joeanne with your very special event and expensive clothing items that need to be altered; it will be done well and in a timely manner. It was such a blessing to find her business - I'll be back to use her again!
