*THE BEST*- My name is Niki. I ordered my dress off of a website and when it came in I loved the dress so much, however, it was about 3 sizes too big!!! I was so depressed! We started looking for a seamstress that could possibly help us out with this situation. When I called Ms. Joanne she was the most friendly, helpful person I had spoken with out of all the several people I called. I was so nervous that there wasn't anyone that could fix this dress b/c of how huge it was, and the way it was made. However, Ms. Joanne made a situation that should of been impossible-POSSIBLE! She had to take 14inches from, basically re-create the entire top part! When I tried it on I almost cried! You could never even tell that it had been touched! She is the most amazing lady! With such a wonderful, truly caring heart! She kept me calm through the entire process while the dress being made, and reassured me that everything was going to be fine, not to stress, and she was so right! :))) I would recommend her to everyone, and anyone I meet regarding alterations!
