Prompt response, great communication and punctuality. Stayed beyond normal business hours, through dinner even, until the job was done CORRECTLY. Very thorough, knowledgable and checked every nut, bolt and washer there was with the door. Replaced parts that were proven to be unsafe. He even found a problem with the original home construction that was causing a problem to the door... it had gone unnoticed by many, including other garage door repair people, since the home was built in 1988. We fixed it up and the door now works better than it ever has, literally.Highly recommended!
