I had to call Spring Hill Garage Door Company back for an issue I was having and he came immediately--that very day--and corrected the issue so that it now works perfectly. It is so refreshing to be able to get somebody on the phone right away and have them take care of the situation immediately--without any further charges. I won't ever use anybody else. more

wonderful rates, awesome techs!! 6/29/2013

Technician came out to repair my broken springs. I called the night before, and was able to get him out to my house the very next morning. I was very pleased with the prompt service. He was on time, and didn't waste anytime getting to work. Took him maybe an hour and a half tops, and he was out of there. Door has been working fine, and i appreciate the fine work. more

Did a good job on installing my door 6/24/2013

We purchased 3 garage doors plus openers. Tech came in and added everything in a quick and efficient manner. They are working fine, plus we got the Energy Credit for our taxes. He also hauled away some of our boxes from the move. more

Our garage door spring snapped, leaving our garage door half-open. I called several local vendors to get pricing. While others put me in voicemail, Tom answered the phone right away. His price was substantially less than anyone in town. While he did not have the part in stock, he drove to us the same day, picked up the spring, and came to my home within hours more

Quick and efficient 5/23/2013

Prompt response, great communication and punctuality. Stayed beyond normal business hours, through dinner even, until the job was done CORRECTLY. Very thorough, knowledgable and checked every nut, bolt and washer there was with the door. Replaced parts that were proven to be unsafe. He even found a problem with the original home construction that was causing a problem to the door... it had gone unnoticed by many, including other garage door repair people, since the home was built in 1988. We fixed it up and the door now works better than it ever has, literally.Highly recommended! more

Spring Hill Tn Garge Door Company was at the house promptly and gave several possible courses of action to fix the door. All costs were laid out up front with the advantages and disadvantages of each. Would definitely call again. more

I will without a doubt use Spring Hill TN Garage Door Company again for projects around the home that I could not or would not handle myself, such as an overhead garage door. A punctual, fast and friendly crew put me at ease and the billing process worked perfect for my budget. It also makes sence to me to support local business instead of these huge overhead multi-department chains. more

Finally honest company . I found this company on a search for someone to replace our broken garage doors; I first looked at doing it myself, but wanted to see how much more it would cost me if someone else installed them. Well I made a call and spoke to Dispatch, and after telling him want I was looking for he gave me a price and said he could have it done the next day. The price was Great bit more then if I bought them myself, well worth me not have to spend my time and labor to install them. And my wife said , tech was very friendly and kind. He even did a great job. more

Awesome service 2/13/2013

My garage door cable was broken hindering it from closing on the day of our huge party.and all of this on Saturday afternoon at 5:00. I was frantic trying to locate someone to come out at the last minute. I was told I would be charged an arm and a leg to simply come out plus labor or that I couldn't receive any help until Monday. I called this company and they sent someone within 1 hour. more

I called them around 7:30pm and told him I had a big problem with my garage door. He was there in less than an hour to help me out. Totally explained everything in great clarity and then proceed to work magic on my mess and I was back in business by 930pm. Call him !! He is outstanding and so are his prices. more

needed a new garage door because mine was falling apart .So I started looking, and size of a company does'not matter to me .I just want it done right the first time ,at good price. This is a small company father and son. They were on time, curious ,neat clean and upfront about what you are getting for your money. They used the best materials available ,and did an awesome job installing my new garage door .The best pricing the best warranty and great service .I will refer them to all my friends. more

I swear these guys are worth every cent I spent while I was working with them. They are consistent and work very professionally. They but all their efforts into finding me the best deal on a garage door, and they did a wonderful job on installing it. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for the best garage door company around this area. more

Great Service 6/13/2012

NIck came right out when my garage door wouldn't open or close until about the 5th time using it. He provided a very inexpensive tune-up and my garage worked again. I won't hesitated to call him the next time I have a problem or have to get the garage door opener replaced. I highly recommend him. more

They Will Fix U 12/29/2011

They Were always super great, and helpful. They are always willing to respond to any issues. They probably lost money on all the gas they had to spend coming out here to fix that wire problem so many times. more
