Please avoid Koko Fit!!! I was a member for over a year and regret joining. The staff were rude and completely unhelpful. The most annoying thing is the contract. There is a cancellation fee for early termination (which is fine) BUT the contract automatically renews after one year and you don't receive an email or telephone call to remind you about the renewal. Really? The last time I checked, emails are free! It's just plain poor customer service and the only thing they're interested in is the money. Do not join KokoFit!
