Review content:
I just bought my second GTI from this dealership for the same reason I bought my first one -- they take care of me. \r \r Sales: I decided to trade in my older (2009) GTI for a newer one and had a very positive experience. Chris and Connie listened to my preferences and concerns and were able to find me the perfect car with everything I wanted. When it came down to actually purchasing the car, Doug worked hard to accommodate my budget constraints which led to me getting a fantastic deal on my car. \r \r Service: I love everyone in Service! The technicians are personable, very knowledgeable and not afraid to interact w/ customers with any questions they have. \r \r Over all: Given my experience w/ both Sales and Service, I keep coming back because they make the time consuming process of purchasing/servicing a car easier to endure by making sure I'm comfortable and have everything I need. To me, customer service isn't holding my hand.. it's offering it.
