Banko was easy to reach, pleasant to deal with and, knowing my particular situation, willing to get someone out right away. The man that came was also very courteous, did not try to sell me more than what was needed to fix our problem, gave me a time frame for doing the job, and explained what would be helpful to do to maintain our door opener and door in the future. And he finished ahead of schedule!!
