We had to replace our garage door. The technician came on time and he was very professional. He got the work done in a matter of hours. In the end, it was a job well done!

Our house is an older house and it was badly in need of new doors. We had 3 estimates. Gary, from Banko was the only one who explained the whole procedure to me. He was courteous and friendly. His estimate was 1000 cheaper than the others. When the guy came to do the garage doors, I do wish I could remember his name, he was nice and courteous. He was on time at 8 am and because our house is old and the old doors were very outdated, he was here for 10 straight hours. I would most definately recommend Banko to someone. more

One of my garage door springs broke recently. I contacted Banko Overhead Doors and they arrived promptly. The technician was very knowledgeable and corteous, and in less than an hour he disassembled the mechanism, had the correct springs in stock and fixed it. Thanks for your great service! more

Banko Doors did an outstanding job for me. The telephone service rep. was very friendly and efficient. The service man (Gene) arrived exactly on time and certainly knew his job which was to install an outside door keypad. He also took time to help me with another problem I was having with my automobile homelink that I could not program to my garage door.. He was very helpful. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that is having problems with their overhead doors. more

I called Banko Overhead Doors to replace the springs on my garage door. I have been using this company for many years now. The technician came on time, explained the procedure, and replaced the springs and lubricated the rollers and made sure that everything was working properly before he left. Very professional. Thumbs up for this company. Will use them again of course! more

I've used Banko Overhead Doors for all the maintenance needs of my 12year old opener from when the house was built. Finally made the call to replace it and Banko installed the new opener, as promised, on time, to specifications, professionally worked around and fixed a wiring problem from the home builder, and explained how everything worked before leaving. No other Garage Door company should be considered. Use Banko Overhead Doors! more

This is a family-run company that treats you LIKE family ! They repaired our damaged garage door, but there was a problemthat we noticed after they left. I first used Banko Overhead Doors about a year ago to replace our double garage door. Being impact and wind-resistant contributed to lowering our homeowner's insurance. The work was done in a timely, professional manner. Banko did a great job, was helpful and friendly. Appt was for 10am but they called at 830am, this did not work since I have to take my son to school so I told him this on phone and he came closer to the appt time. That is why I made the appt from 10-12. But otherwise very quick, efficient and reasonable cost.\r more

Banko Overhead Doors installed the garage doors in the inventory home in Dec 2010 that we bought in 2011. So I called them on Thursday night to see about a service call being I could not get my car out of the garage. They told me it would be much more expensive as an emergency call and could have someone out in the morning. Like everyone else's house in Florida, frequent use and humid conditions cause the springs to wear out prematurely and break.\r \r The next morning, I received a call from James letting me know that he was 30 minutes away. When he arrived He explained that it looked like the warranty had expired but was going to call his office and see what he could do to at least get the parts covered because The warranty had expired if you go by the date of install, but being it was a new home, they honored the warranty based on the occupancy date like some of the other companies did on our new house. He said that they did not last as long as they should. He was very courteous and quick. Cleaned everything up. I will definitely use them again. more

This is our second garage door service by Banko Overhead Doors. We needed emergency service the second time and they came the same afternoon. The technician was thorough and quickly repaired the chain drive track of the garage door opener. We will definitely call them again if we have a future problem.
