I would strongly recommend Joshua Furr. We found him through Citysearch and chose him based upon the reviews here. He is as good as everyone claims. My husband and I used Joshua recently to rent our home in Cary. We had a great tenant in the home a month later. We have already asked him to help us rent out our other property in the fall and recently referred him to a good friend of ours.
