Let me start by saying that the actors weren't horrible. And the audience made the experience worthwhile - in fact, one of the ""readers"" in the audience proposed to his girlfriend after his lines, which was so fun to see!\r \r Now, here is where things go downhill. \r \r Drinks: The included glass of wine was horrible - I drank better wine in college. The bar drinks were overpriced and the bartender was MEAN MEAN MEAN\r \r Food: The appetizers were the best part, which isn't saying much. Tomato bisque was also pretty good. The rest was disappointing. I felt sick after eating the Mahi Mahi.\r \r Paying: We had gift certificates for $62 each. We went on a Saturday night, so we had no problem paying the extra $2.50 per person since Saturday shows are $64.50. However, when we went to pay the tab, they charged us an extra $20 for no reason. When my friend went back to ask for clarification as to why we were paying $20 more than everyone else, the lady at the cash register said, ""Those gift certificates didn't cost you nothing so you have to pay $20."" That's not a valid reason. Obviously, they were trying to swindle us cause my friend barely put up a fight and the lady gave him back $20 and said, ""Now the waiters aren't getting paid for you two. You shouldn't ever go out again and F*** Off!"" I couldn't believe that someone in a place of business would say something so obscene to a customer! Even though we had the gift certificates, we still spent like $30 at the bar, so it's not like we were there for nothing at all. Plus, they were gift certificates! You shouldn't have to be penalized for having gift certificates and her excuse of the waiters not getting paid for us was BS cause tax and tip was included in the price. So after going back to the table to get our stuff and share this horrible customer service story with others at the table, the MEAN bartender comes up to us and says, ""Just so you know, the waiters aren't getting paid for you guys...I don't know why you don't understand this."" As she was saying this, she put her hands on me and my friend - not roughly, but in a manner that was clearly inappropriate since she was obviously heated. And then she just walked off while my friend was trying to calmly explain his perspective of the situation! \r \r After this HORRIBLE experience, I am tempted to contact the BBB and report them. And if we had not had the gift certificates, there is no way we would ever pay that price for crappy food and mediocre acting. FIND SOMETHING BETTER FOR THAT PRICE!
