Review content:
DISAPPOINTED. Looking for a snowmobile trailer. Found a Big Bubba trailer dealer who had a new last years model for a good price. Was told on the phone that it had been under a carport for one year. Drove from Boise to American Fork, Utah (365 miles) to purchase. Should have given it a better inspection before buying. Got it home and then realized that the powder coat was peeling on the edges. The decals were starting to peel. There were 5 extra holes in the decking where the screw installer had missed the steel beam under the deck. The tiedowns were already rusting. Places on the ramps were already rusting. I got underneath to mount the spare and found a raw steel beam underneath (no powdercoat). Most of my concerns were cosmetic but the raw steel beam really concerned me. I called and got Bubba's email and sent a email outlining my concerns (especially the unpainted steel beam). No answer. Called 2 weeks later and said I am resending the email at that moment. No answer. Waited two weeks and sent by snail mail a copy of the email thinking that perhaps I had been sending the email into cyberspace. I even mentioned that they should call me just to tell me to ""go to hell"", no answer. I finally called and had them connect me to ""Bubba"" out on the factory floor. He was aware of my situation. His first offer was for me to return the trailer and he would refund my money. I had already repainted the tiedowns, fixed the holes and painted the deck. I didn't want to make the 700 mile trip to get a refund. When I balked he offered me $50 and I countered $100. That is what I took thinking that is what it will cost to get the raw steel painted. \r
Structurally the trailer may be good quality, but the finish shouldn't be failing after one year under a carport. The customer service aspect couldn't be worse. Purchased 3/11/13, finally dealt with 4/29/13.
