We bought a ""Better Built"" 6' x 14' trailer in spring of 2013. I absolutely love the design and build quality. However, I have to agree with everyone else, the quality of their paint or powder coat, whichever it is, sucks big time. I am in the process of having a new larger trailer built and will consider them again, but will be very nitpicking at the inspection when I pick it up, if they get the nod. more

Very disapointed powder coat is horrible, paint peels also rusts in first year owned also lights and electric breakaway probs told they would send out new light sent one a year ago then other side did same thing and been over a month still no light. My flat deck has been used exactly 6 times and stored in a shop. Every time I have called on light I have got same storie we will send again and to be honest I feel I'm being told that to make me think it's been sent. It's my second trailer from them and the last had same powder coat and paint, rust probs. The trailer I have will be the last one I buy from Big Bubba's trailors you would think for the money you pay you would get better service and Quality. Good Luck with you new purchase. My expiereance sounds just like everyone else I have talked to and read reviews. Very disapointed. In a good buisness and everyone haven same probs all I ask is make it right. But don't seem to change we was going to order 5 goose necks for buisness in gas field but will be trying lone peak or a used one for the money might as well go used then when looks horrible in couple months at least ya know ya bought it this way. more

DISAPPOINTED. Looking for a snowmobile trailer. Found a Big Bubba trailer dealer who had a new last years model for a good price. Was told on the phone that it had been under a carport for one year. Drove from Boise to American Fork, Utah (365 miles) to purchase. Should have given it a better inspection before buying. Got it home and then realized that the powder coat was peeling on the edges. The decals were starting to peel. There were 5 extra holes in the decking where the screw installer had missed the steel beam under the deck. The tiedowns were already rusting. Places on the ramps were already rusting. I got underneath to mount the spare and found a raw steel beam underneath (no powdercoat). Most of my concerns were cosmetic but the raw steel beam really concerned me. I called and got Bubba's email and sent a email outlining my concerns (especially the unpainted steel beam). No answer. Called 2 weeks later and said I am resending the email at that moment. No answer. Waited two weeks and sent by snail mail a copy of the email thinking that perhaps I had been sending the email into cyberspace. I even mentioned that they should call me just to tell me to ""go to hell"", no answer. I finally called and had them connect me to ""Bubba"" out on the factory floor. He was aware of my situation. His first offer was for me to return the trailer and he would refund my money. I had already repainted the tiedowns, fixed the holes and painted the deck. I didn't want to make the 700 mile trip to get a refund. When I balked he offered me $50 and I countered $100. That is what I took thinking that is what it will cost to get the raw steel painted. \r Structurally the trailer may be good quality, but the finish shouldn't be failing after one year under a carport. The customer service aspect couldn't be worse. Purchased 3/11/13, finally dealt with 4/29/13. more

Love my 4 x 8 trailer 3/13/2012

Had mine for 2 years! LOVE IT It is classy, local AND so better made than the same piece of junk at Lowes or Home Depot. the latch is MUCH Better and the ramp is much stronger (and is removable) I call the store and they answer my questions imediately about load weight limits and such. I am proud to see somebody making great & necessary stuff in Ogden. more

Disappointed 3/27/2010

I purchased a trailer from big bubba's in Novermger of 2009. In March of 2010, after using the trailer 2 times, I noticed rust under the power coat. I took it back and they redone the powder coat. Thinking it was done, I picked it up and brought it home. Stuiped me, I cleaned of the fenders, and it looked like the compnay who did the powder coat failed to remove the sand after sand blasting the trailer. I called Bubba's and expressed my disappointment, and the person I spoke to said O.K? I have purchased three trailers from Bubba's in the past and sent other people to them. I am sorry but that ends with this experience. Pros: Price Cons: Repairs more

Bought a great trailer for my four wheelers. Best built trailer I could find in Utah. They built exactly what I wanted. more
