The apts are large and spacious, with decent noise insulation. There are no ammenities (i.e. no pool, tennis, gym) which suits me fine, and the attached garage is wonderful to have. However, for the luxury price, I expect to be treated much better by management. It is clear that the tenants are simply nuisances that need to be minimally dealt with in order to keep the monthly revenue coming in - it's all about the money. Very cheap appliances that break constantly; no sense of responsibility or empathy by Redwood Management or property manager. And, beware that since they did not install a watering system, they attach hoses to individual units' outside faucets and those residents have to pay for the water to water the common grass areas! As per the other reviewer, charges at move out are astronomical and not in keeping with fair pricing for what is required. The management - all the way up the line - are disrespectful and unprofessional - they're charming at the time of sale, but then you just don't matter anymore. Customer service is a foreign concept. If you raise a concern or make a suggestion or ask for something within reason, they tag you as a 'problem' and look for ways to get you out since they make so much money on keeping deposits. In other words - keep your comments and complaints to yourself - they don't want the feedback. Redwood has a good concept here, which they are milking as they expand, but be forewarned that when you rent here, you're nothing more than a cha-ching for their money till.
