Kensington Park retirement community has not only had a positive impact on my mothers life, but on mine as well. Moving my mother from an independent living situation in New Jersey to an assisted living one at Kensington Park in Maryland was a big step, but the entire staff at Kensington Park made the transition a seamless one. From the moment we arrived in the driveway, my mother was made to feel welcomed and safe as she was introduced to a new, friendly living environment. Her daily life has greatly improved, as the level of care that she is now receiving at Kensington Park is superb.
I no longer worry about my mother socially or medically. She is successfully encouraged to participate in appropriate activities and she is enjoying them. The quality and care provided by the nursing staff is amazing; most of her medical needs are met on site. My mother is not just living at Kensington Park, she is thriving. And me, I get to sleep at night....
