Review content:
Meze is located just over the bridge into Charlestown from Boston, but it remains one of the most underrated restaurants in the area. You would think it's location would lead to a more prominent reputation, but most locals do not head to this restaurant if given the choice for a night out.
The interior of Meze is a very nice formal dining room with tables on the patio for dining during the summer months. The menu has taken cues from Greek cuisine with many dishes containing lamb and mint. There wasn't much in the way of vegetarian options, which would be my only real complaint about this establishment.
The service here was super friendly and efficient and I am so happy I tried the baklava which they recommended highly. It was the most excellent version of the sweet dessert that I have ever had.
