Businiess name:  Calypso Cafe

Review content:
I am Caribbean born and the jerk chicken here is fake. If you want the real thing you have to go to Jamaica or to the island of Tortola in the BVI. You can't see the island on the map but it's a nature. I grew up there and the real jerk chicken will have you choking your butt off. It makes your throat very sensitive after eating. So if you don't feel that way it's not real jerk. Besides the chicken I like plantain ripe and fried, and my talapia without the pineapples. Calypso is trying to bring some Caribbean flavor. I see the neighborhood people will think highly of it. I'm not knocking the business because I admire them for opening in such a strong based neighborhood where you can be denied quickly. Expect to pay small amounts for plenty of food. It's a great place to go.
