Absolute Carpet Care is great! I tell everybody about them, and I've given them a lot of business. They're terrific! I call Greg directly, and I like being able to deal with the owner that way. He gives me some great customer service, and he always comes out in 24 hours, and that's the best part! Everything I've ever needed done, including emergency treatments, he has gotten out every stain. He is fast, professional, quiet, and hardworking. I like working with him, and he's a really sweet guy. The best part is that he answers his phone, which is one of the reasons I stuck with him.
