We are new customers to Nations Home Warranty and our call to Bostech was the first we have had to schedule. The agent on the phone was very polite and helpful; the repairman, Ron, called when he was on his way. He arrived during the period Bostech stated and he was very courteous and helpful. He was able to fix our furnace quickly and was professional. I am happy with this first call and was pleased to learn that Bostech has been working with Nations Home Warranty for the last eight years!
