Review content:
I love the fact that they call and confirm an appointment before someone comes out. The technician they sent was professional, knowledgeable, respectful, pleasant, and had a sense of humor. The job was completed very well. Another thing I liked about J M Electric was they base the price off of the job, not an hourly rate. He ran into a little problem and the job took a little longer than anticipated but I didn't have to worry about it.
