We have been going to Complete Auto Care for a little over a year and half now. Kevin is extremely friendly. We have a good time bantering back an forth. He is very knowledgeable about your vehicle, and he will go the extra mile to get the job done. If it costs him a little bit, he will do the repair anyway just to make sure you are happy and satisfied with his work. He is a gentleman and a great guy. I would not think of going anywhere else.
Kevin is as honest as they day is long and very thorough. We had a rattle that we thought was in our transmission, but it turned out to be a stone lodged between two housings. The first mechanics I met with said it would cost $1,800 to resolve or it would eat up the transmission. However, after going to Complete Auto Care, it actually ended up costing me almost nothing to resolve. Kevin just pulled out the stone.
