Schneider Auto Karosserie Body are extremely helpful and they are very personable. Their customer service is also fabulous. I've been using them for a while, that was maybe two years ago so, it's been a while but everything was absolutely great. I would highly recommend them to anyone. more

Schneider Auto Karosserie Body are awesome. They hit their deadlines, they do a good job in their work and they are easy to deal with, things are simple like that. I've used them twice, I tried to bring my car to them last time but they are so popular that they had a really long waiting list, that's a good problem to have. Every time I have used them they have done a great job. more

Really good 11/16/2016

I had someone rear end my car. I took it into Schneider Auto Karosserie Body an they buffed out the dent, replaced the side panel the the driver's door. I appreciated their level of service which created an overall great experience. more

Go above and beyond. Thorough, communicative, just so great. 7/15/2016

I had services by Schneider Auto Karosserie Body almost 2 years ago but I still remember that they did a great job. I liked them because they were very thorough and everything they did they were great about communicating. They told me exactly what they were doing and they were good at making sure I was informed. They were quick with the service and they did a great job. There weren't any issues afterwards either and it's been enough time that I would know. They even left a little something that I could use if a problem came up but I didn't need to use it. They really went above and beyond, I wish I could remember the guy's name, he was so great. more

Excellent service and quality work 6/28/2016

My experience with Schneider Auto Karosserie Body was good. It was my first time using them, and they got me in pretty quickly and did a detailed job. They repaired a rear view mirror--and put on a new one--and redid the side panel of the car. The work turned out great, and they returned the car to me on time. The front-office staff was on top of it and called me back every time. There were a couple of things when it came to parts, and they double-checked with me before they did the work. I would use them again. more

As great as a car experience can be 5/19/2016

Schneider Auto Karosserie was fast and super easy to get a hold of--and they worked well with my insurance. I needed the price to be below a certain amount, and they were able to do it and make my car look great. I had a Subaru Impreza with damage to the passenger rear door and back panel near the bumper. It took a couple days for them to fix it and, again, it looked great when they finished. I talked with one of the owners or managers there and worked with her the most. She was really friendly and really upfront. I feel like car people are sometimes sneaky and manipulative, and Schneider's was not. They weren't in it for the money and they were just doing what they needed to do. more

They were amazing! 4/12/2016

Schneider Auto Karosserie Body was very professional and helpful. My car was in an accident and they fixed the hood, the front-quarter panel, radiator, the passenger-side front door, the airbags, and the front bumper. They were very nice. The tow truck got me right there to Salt Lake City, and their secretary ran me right over to the rental car place--and approved everything with insurance before. She was great and did everything, telling me how long the car would take before it was ready. Then she called me when it was done--which was earlier than when she said it would be finished. They were on it and they were wonderful. I haven't had any problems with anything they repaired. They matched the paint beautifully and gave me a little paint for touch ups. They were amazing, and I definitely would go back. more

Very easy to work with and very knowledgeable 3/24/2016

Schneider Auto Karosserie Body seemed very knowledgeable and upfront about everything. My wife was hit in her car--a BMW--and they did a very nice job repairing a good portion of the car. The quality of work done on the car was very impressive. They also handled the insurance claim and it was painless. I had a good experience with Schneider Auto Karosserie Body. more

They'll take care of you and do quality work 2/10/2016

Margrit is just a doll to deal with, and all the employees at Schneider Auto Karosserie Body are personable and great. They have always done one-off projects and taken care of me with quality work on my car. I've talked with a number of people who know the industry and they have told me that her shop is about the only one they would trust. They are great shop to do business with, and I've been going to them for about eight years. more

Complete and good job 1/26/2016

My car was rear ended and damage was done to the back bumper, body panel and hatch. Schneider Auto Karosserie Body fixed the car on time and did a real good job. They fixed everything and looking at my car I can't tell that there was ever a problem. more

Good and helpful 12/22/2015

These guys at Schneider Auto Karosserie Body are good. They did some small repairs to the doors on a BMW and some work on a Ford Expedition. Dane at the front desk is very helpful, along with other staff who went above and beyond. more

Fair price, honest mechanics, good work 11/10/2015

The people at Schneider always do a great job, we love them! We've been there five or six times over the years, with several cars. They do such great work, and while they're not the least expensive, you definitely get what you pay for. They're also really helpful with negotiating the insurance and involvement with accidents. The people are courteous and professional, without being too formal. Their communication is good, and their bids are thorough. Another thing that I really appreciate is that they don't try to find problems to upsell you, they stick to their bids. Sometimes they've even come under the bid when the job turned out to need less work than they expected. Definitely 5 stars! more

Helpful and friendly service 10/13/2015

Schneider Auto Karosserie Body repaired the back of my car after an accident. They were able to take my car in right away and perform the work quickly. Everyone was knowledgeable and trustworthy. They explained to me what would be done to fix my car, and my insurance handled the payment. They were also respectful and courteous toward me. They did good work and I've had no problems since. more

Schneider Auto Karosserie Body did a beautiful job on my car! I've been going to them for about four years. They're very customer service oriented, and are responsive to questions. If you call them, they'll call you right back. It's easy to make an appointment, and they keep you in the loop about what's going on. more

Looks good as new 7/15/2015

I have been to Schneider Auto Karosserie Body twice and the work is always great. Recently, they replaced my front fender after a deer ran into the side of the car. The technicians did an amazing job and you would never be able to tell that it was repaired. They also worked with me on some additional things that I paid for out of pocket, and they were happy to split the bill with my insurance company. I am very happy with the repairs and I completely trust my car to them. I recommend Schneider Auto Karosserie Body to anyone. more

Great service, good price, high satisfaction. 5/13/2015

I had Schneider Auto Karosserie Body replace a crunched tail light and back center on my car. They were recommended by a friend, and this was the first time I've gone to them for service. I would use them again. The price was good, they were fair, they helped with insurance, the service was efficient, and they matched the color perfectly. more
