I have been very pleased with the work and service Hermary's has provided me over the past 5+ years. Not only do they recommend top of the line products, but they advise on upgrades in the future as they become available. I am very pleased that they recently started offering extended warranty and service contracts, just like the big box stores. Once a client has product in their home, it's really all about service. Over the years, they have improved their service responses and they respond to email, telephone, and text messaging to communicate. This relationship is like a marriage and I am pleased to say the Hermary's hold up it's end of the relationship well.
