Hermary's Inc. is all about service. You can buy the products (televisions, etc.) anywhere, but what you are buying with them is their service. How they respond to calls and problems is critical.
I first walked into their shop more than 5 years ago and talked to Clarence Hermary in his showroom. He seemed to be able to answer all of my concerns. Also, I liked that they were a local business and well-known in the area.
I decided to use Hermary's because of their reputation. It was my first stop and I liked what I heard.
They installed a music system in our house, as well as a big-screen television that they connected to the music system. They also put all of our music on a hard drive so that we would not have to use CDs.
The system has grown as we have added other rooms. Also, based on their product recommendations, we have upgraded the system to become versatile.
Hermary's service also has improved over the years. In the beginning, we had one piece of furniture that was not well designed and they were willing to fix it at their own expense. Now, they are more thorough in checking everything out and careful in making changes to the system.
A couple of the employees that we work closely with are outstanding. It is a pleasure to have them around because they listen and want to make sure that the problem is solved.
I feel comfortable knowing that I can call these employees that we have built relationships with and they will address any problems that arise. That high level of service is what has kept me with Hermary's and what is going to keep my going back.
I have already recommended Hermary's to my neighbor who used them. It is a good idea to ask for a timeline when you set up a job with them so that you know how long it will take and when it will be finished.
They are a great company to work with.
