I have been with Nacmias and Sons for a couple of years and Jack is very reliable. The service is always very prompt, the people are courteous, and the quality is good.
My latest encounter with Nacmias was very recent. I got stuck in Long Island and I had to have my car towed to their shop last night. Already this morning, they have established what is wrong with it and they called to ask if I wanted to proceed with the repair. They gave me a cost estimate. They identified other problems as well, and made suggestions like changing the battery. And, they gave me a price that I think is reasonable.
Overall, I rate Sons Auto & Collision Repair a 5 because they are prompt, they do good work, and I am very happy with the service. I have a been around for a while, and I have gone to other repair shops. My time is very important to me, and if I can find a place that is prompt and reliable, all the better.
