My experience at Star Furniture on DeZavala was good. I won't say super, but better than an experience with one of their competitors. The sales lady was only somewhat knowledgeable about the custom piece that we bought. She had to make calls to the vendor, but in the end got it right. The couch was delivered much earlier than I was told, like a month or more, which was a good thing. On the day of delivery, the driver called and was also running early. I was thrilled. They delivered the couch in a fast and courteous manner. My only real caution at this point is to read your contract carefully. It looks to me like they are hoping that I only make the minimum payments for the next two years so that they can tack on an extra $935.00 at the end. I plan to double my payment every month to insure that they don't stick it to me in the end.
