My partner and I have been renting our home from Accent Properties since we moved to Jacksonville in May'05. Since the house was brand-new there were a number of small defects that we, as the first occupants, noticed. Each defect was resolved by Accent almost immediately after being reported. These ranged in complexity from a broken kitchen cabinet and a broken sprinkler head to a whole series of cracks in our shower enclosure due to the vibrations of ongoing construction next door. We have found Accent to be highly responsive to our questions.
