I went here recently after getting a coupon for xrays, cleaning, and evaluation. To start with, the location leaves something to be desired. WHen I found the door it took 15 mins to get buzzed in. The line was constantly busy so I stood outside waiting to finally get thru. Upon the start of the appointment, the xrays were the longest part. once the dentist entered the room, she sped thru my entire cleaning and evaluation in 10 mins. During the cleaning she allowed water to spray and spill all over my face and down my chin. SHe was so aggresive with the cleaning and air hose that it was constantly uncomfortable and hurting. At no point did the cleaning seem even to check all my teeth. She did not use floride, she did not floss, she did not discuss anything with me whatsoever. She finished by telling me about two filings I had gotten ten years ago, and said I should ""hope"" I never need a root canal because of them. Then she just disappeared without saying anything further, apparently that was my sign that I was finished. This was the biggest waste of money ever, i will still need to go to a normal acceptable dental group in order to get an actual cleaning and evaluation. Honestly, I think someone would be better off not going to the dentist at all than wasting there time with this group. I have never been so disappointed!
