I got a color done by Helen once and was not thrilled or happy. It felt burned and was very frizzy afterwards for a good while. I had told her I felt the color was on for to long but I was ignored.It turned out pretty bad. I went to a different colorist there next time and was much happier with the results. \r

Shirley is an amazing stylist who knows how to communicate with you to find your right cut. \r

One thing I did not care for was over hearing some of the stylists/colorists backstabbing eachother to other clients. This is not at all professional. I am sure there are some clints who enjoy seeing this, but I take no pleasure in this immature catty behavior. I only heard positive comments about other stylists from ONE of the owners. This is enough to make me hesitate about returning there.\r

Galina gives the best mani's and pedi's! The asistants are super sweet and give first class service!\r

All in all my only wish it that some of the stylists and colorist acted more proffesional and less catty and they took the time to communicate properly.
