I think it's time to find a system that actually works for my Multiple Sclerosis. My initial diagnoses with taken seriously but sadly I had already been through that process years before and brought it with me. FINE double check and check on symptoms and their progression But.... I came to UCSF MS Clinic for a comprehensive TREATMENT and they are either not timely or are just not helping. Referrals, appointments, and treatment for symptoms has been slow and sadly lacking. VERY antiquated (1.5 Tesla) MRI equipment has been used to ""Take close looks"" and ""Thin Slices."" Follow-up treatment is very difficult to get and the out-of-hand answers to serious questions are not warranted. The MS Nurse actually told me I should probably find ""LOCAL"" help for a symptom that was being exasturbated by their own prescribed medicine. And LOCAL?? I always considered UCSF my preferred LOCAL Medical Center. Pros: Some very talented Doctors some caring Staff Cons: Rushed, patient history not fully reviewed or relevant
