Amazing customer service and selection of tile flooring and mosaic wall tiles. Selection is contemporary and updated to suit the varied tastes of what is popular/trendy today. Also have classic selections. But more than the selections, what is really exceptional about Castle Flooring is the Customer Service! Julian and Stephanie, the proprietors, really care about their customers! From the very beginning, they worked with me on a personal basis...consulting with me to educate me on tips of the trade that I hadn't considered, giving me the best pricing and arrival dates, and even being flexible when I made a mistake on my order. They also went above and beyond in selecting some options for my shower floor tile for me, really taking the time to add their recommendations, select many options for me to choose from, etc. I had been to other tile/flooring places, but no place even came close to Julian and Stephanie's high level of service. I highly recommend them for any remodeling/flooring/tile/countertop needs!
