I've been a fan of acupuncture for years, having gotten many treatments for my ongoing shoulder and lower back pain. Recently, though, my pain has progressed and I hadn't been able to find anyone who was able to treat it appropriately. All that changed when Garden Acupuncture opened in Park Slope.
Alex and Lisa are amazing. Aside from being warm and friendly people, they are extremely good at what they do. Lisa studied in China and picked up some special techniques not taught in the US to add to her big of tricks. And Alex's knowledge of healing herbs is a perfect compliment to the superb treatments he provides.
I'm feeling better in the last few months than I have in the last two years. And it didn't break my bank - they take a wide variety of insurances, and their regular rates are very reasonable as well.
I couldn't be happier that Garden Acupuncture has arrived. They've got my business for life.
