Brought my dog to be shaved and shampooed. They got so much soap in my dog's eye that it caused an infection. When I confronted the owner (Steve) he lied about it and told me if I sued him for the vet bill that he would take his chances. I had to go to court to get my vet bill paid. Judge agreed that they were responsible.\r
I wouldn't trust them with any pet.
Pros: Nothing that I can think of.
Cons: Rude, deceitful and irresponsible.
