Dr. Jiao is a thoroughly knowledgeable and professional vet, as well as tremendously compassionate and caring. In the last 20 years, he has treated all my cat companions - who are more than cats to me. \r Fluffy was gently put to sleep in Jan., 2006 and Maggie on Nov. 10, 2012. I simply could not have gone through either deaths were if not for Dr. Jiao. Both times, he left the decision up to me while at the same time going through all the details surrounding their respective prognosis. \r He also let me stay with both - my choice, so they both went to the ""Rainbow Bridge"" knowing they were loved. \r Dr. Jiao's comfort during my crying (no, sobbing) was a tremendous gift - and one for which I am VERY grateful.\r \r PS: Even though it was a Sunday night, Dr. Jiao opened the hospital for me to bring in Maggie!
