I agree with pennyphoo2. Guillermo is completely unprofessional and extremely rude. I called to ask him to remove me from his text messaging advertising. He said it was very difficult to do since it was a marketing company. Come on, if you're paying the company, you can direct them to remove a simple phone number from the distribution list. When I told him the texting is costing me money and if I received another one after specifically asking to be removed, I would have to make a formal complaint. He proceeded to get belligerent with me and hung up on me when I said I was going to document the conversation. This man is a disgrace to the service industry.
