I agree with pennyphoo2. Guillermo is completely unprofessional and extremely rude. I called to ask him to remove me from his text messaging advertising. He said it was very difficult to do since it was a marketing company. Come on, if you're paying the company, you can direct them to remove a simple phone number from the distribution list. When I told him the texting is costing me money and if I received another one after specifically asking to be removed, I would have to make a formal complaint. He proceeded to get belligerent with me and hung up on me when I said I was going to document the conversation. This man is a disgrace to the service industry. more

We are so pleased with Guillermo and his work. After looking into many different photographers, I chose Natural touch because meeting Guillermo was a pleasant experience, his work seemed great, and his pricing was very straight forward AND REASONABLE! But most importantly... I could not have been happier when I saw the finished product. I am not writing reviews for all of our wedding vendors - just a fine few that really delivered. Our experience with Guillermo and his company was A+ from beginning to end. Guillermo went the extra mile every step of the way and even provided services that we were not expecting such as bringing two framed photographs of our wedding ceremony to our reception! My husband and I got married in June of 2009 and were lucky to have found such an amazing photographer to capture the moments of our special day. Not only did he travel 8 hours to be at our wedding, he shot pictures of the bridal party getting ready 2 hours before the wedding, the ceremony and reception, and also went out of his way to do some additional photo shooting of the entire bridal party on the Strip in Las Vegas afterwards. He was very friendly to everyone and his sense of humor made him very enjoyable to work with. His photography was absolutely gorgeous! Every person who has seen our pictures has dropped their jaw in aw. With our photos, we also received a beautiful photo album. We are very pleased with the products we received and with the price we paid for our package. We have recommended Natural Touch Photography to friends and will continue to in the future because this is one of the most reasonable, friendly, professional, and talented businesses that we have ever encountered. We were late on hiring a photographer for our wedding, Guillermo Quiijano did a free engagement session and we gave him a $1000 dollar deposit to secure our wedding date. Upon seeing the pictures I cried they were so awful. He also had promised 2 photographers at the wedding and later recanted and stated only 1 would be there because of the busy season. After having another session with another photographer and the pictures 100% better we decided to cancel with Natural Touch. Immediately I knew we had a problem. Before even advising of our decision it took nearly 2 weeks to get a hold of him. I called and left messages every day for 2 weeks and then finally sent an e-mail. Still no response. Three more e-mails and I finally received a response. He was keeping $500 of the thousand we gave him but promised $250 of that $500 would go to products, prints or more photographs and would return $500 to us. He said he could not give refunds during wedding season because cash was too tight. That was in May, here we are in August and after basically harassing him via phone and e-mail he sent us a check yesterday for $400, no arrangement for the $250 in product and $100 short of our refund. We have been calling him non stop for the last day and leaving messages with no response. If you want a shady business man who will tug you around and crappy photos then this is the man for you. Other wise I would advise to steer clear of this business and of Guillermo Quijano. He has caused nothing but frustration since meeting him. I will be filing a complaint with Better Busines Bureau and the Attorney General. Cons: many more
