I have been having my dogs groomed since I got my 1st dog in 1984. You can imagine how many groomers I've met over the last 29 years. Some of them have left cuts on my dogs which was not disclosed to me ( I found them when I petted them). One groomer let her clippers get so hot that she BURNED THE HAIR off their throats. Prior to meeting Lisa, I had been using a mobile groomer who charged me $55 per dog. I now have seven small dogs that need grooming on a regular basis. Lisa was willing to come to my house before she opened her shop to take care of them. I hate to admit that I sometimes I wait too long between grooms and they get extremely matted. She somehow always manages to make them look so cute. If I ask her to ""save a tail or a face"" due to the heavy matting, she always does her best to make sure I am happy. Four of my seven dogs are very difficult to groom. She has shown the utmost patience and professionalism when dealing with them and their owner. Lisa includes free nail trims and sanitary clips between grooms. What other groomer offers that!? If you want a groomer who truly cares about her customers (Both Canine and Human) and does it for a resonable price, I highly recommend THE BARK OF OUR TOWN!. Lisa is by far THE BEST GROOMER I'VE EVER USED.
