I moved to Rockford a few months ago and have been looking for a vet. I heard great things about the Doc and hoped for the best. My dog and cat are part of my family. I read a review here that wasn't as positive so I was initially hesitant but the experience was great. He took his time with both of my babies. He cared about what I had to say as a Mother and listened to me- which never happens with vets or regular doctors. Even though it is a drive for me I am very very happy I did it. He treats me like family and even gave me a discount. I am sorry for whoever had a bad time there- but you need to give him another try. He truly cares for his clients. I haven't found a vet like him in Rockford or Beloit, he cares about us not money.
