Just came from my first visit to Paw Spa, and it was literally life-altering -- for me and my dog. I have a very large, very old, extra-furry Malamute with severe back-end problems of every possible kind, and I wasn't sure any groomer would be willing to take him (his previous groomer, who is in walking distance, stopped returning my calls). He was quite a mess, and no longer has the strength to jump into my car so I could take him somewhere else. Neighbors recommended the Paw Spa, and am I grateful they did! It was a huge ordeal getting him into the car, but it was well worth it. These people were everything I could have asked for. They went out of their way to give my poor old guy the special attention he needed, kept me informed throughout the day about his progress, gave me lots of good advice on how to care for him, and even lifted all 100-plus pounds of him into my SUV so I didn't have to deal with the challenge of getting him in. These folks genuinely care about the animals they handle, and I'm so relieved I have a wonderful, reliable (and very reasonably priced) place to keep him clean and healthy for the rest of his days.
