The Paw Spa

Just came from my first visit to Paw Spa, and it was literally life-altering -- for me and my dog. I have a very large, very old, extra-furry Malamute with severe back-end problems of every possible kind, and I wasn't sure any groomer would be willing to take him (his previous groomer, who is in walking distance, stopped returning my calls). He was quite a mess, and no longer has the strength to jump into my car so I could take him somewhere else. Neighbors recommended the Paw Spa, and am I grateful they did! It was a huge ordeal getting him into the car, but it was well worth it. These people were everything I could have asked for. They went out of their way to give my poor old guy the special attention he needed, kept me informed throughout the day about his progress, gave me lots of good advice on how to care for him, and even lifted all 100-plus pounds of him into my SUV so I didn't have to deal with the challenge of getting him in. These folks genuinely care about the animals they handle, and I'm so relieved I have a wonderful, reliable (and very reasonably priced) place to keep him clean and healthy for the rest of his days. more

I love the Paw Spa. Robyn the owner & head groomer is extremely knowledgable of her breeds & styles. She attended the New York school of dog grooming & attends dog shows regularly to keep up to date of style changes. The staff is friendly and have helped me with health issues, nutrition, petsitters , and obedience trainers. My bichon Amy always looks westminster ready when I pick her up. The Paw Spa is like our extended family ! more

My lab walked out bleeding!!!!! I didn't think ""professionals"" would over cut his nails. My dog made my backseat look like a murder sense. more

Place is the side show of the Ringling Brother s Circus. 6 hours to get my shitzu washed, dried, and cut. I don t know much about grooming but from my previous experience it should not take nearly that much time unless they let her air dry!! The dog looked decent but after 6 hours i expected perfection. Which gives me the idea the dog spent most the day in a crate. I choose this place because of prices. But you get what you pay for... your dog locked up a quarter of the day without water, food, or a place to relieve themselves. I much rather pay the extra $10 bucks for the quality groomer i now have more

I have been bringing my Westie to the Paw Spa since Robin opened the doors. We followed her from her previous place of grooming. She takes considerate care with my baby, he always enjoys his day at ""THE SPA."" more

My 3 goldens love coming to the paw spa. Never before have my pets ran to the door and the back room like they owned the place. I am pleased w the price and the way my dogs enjoy a. Day at the spa! more
