I recently received a toy chihuahua, Maya and was referred to Dr. Howell by a family member. I can honestly say, he is by far the sweetest, kindest, most gentlest vet I have ever met. He spent time with me and Maya to explain everything I needed to know about have such a small dog!! Maya is my best friend and I love her to no end!! She is my baby and I would wait 6 hours for Dr. Howell if I had too. Obviously he treats every patient with concern, or the wait wouldn't be so long!! That only tells me that he CARES!!\r
