Dr. Howell has to be one of the most professional and compassionate veterinarian I have ever met. He addressed the issue that I was concerned with by providing me with as much time as I needed and care to ensure I had an understanding of what needed to be done to care for my tiny Chihuahua.Ater 3 years of searching for the perfect vet, I felt Dr. Howell had a clear understand of my finicky chihuahua. There was no pressure and no rush. I could see I wasn't being sold a veterinarian degree and instead I was given years of experience with an open heart for animals.\r
