He totally had me shaking, literally, as he lambasted me because he didn't think he should have to honor a $2 coupon that he said the previous owner had issued. He would not let me talk--he talked over me--and when I saw that talking was futile and stopped trying, he went on with his verbal confrontation for several more minutes. I couldn't believe the treatment I received over something so stupid. I have eaten there many times, but will NEVER go there again, not with customer service like that. He was truly a jerk!
