Review content:
After hearing so much about L'Thai, my husband and I went there for the 1st time last night for our Valentine's dinner. We got there early around 5:30 pm to beat the crowd and almost didn't get seated because we didn't have a reservation. They were booked for special 5-course menu at $39.95 per person, which after seeing what they had to offer, it was reasonable. For appetizers, I had Vegan Rolls which was superb, and my husband had Blanketed Shrimp which he said was very good. Then we both had coconut soup which was also very good. For salad, both Green Papaya salad with bay shrimp and Grapefruit & Berries salad were light and excellent. And for entrees, the Sea Bass with 3-flavor sauce was the best fish dish we've ever had, and the Angus Filet Mignon with curry sauce were absolutely out of this world. By the time we get to dessert we were so full, but whatever they bought us (called TLC) was very good and got finished. The service staff was also very courtious and professional eventhough they were jam packed with a line at the door by the time we left. We had such a wonderful time last night. We will be back often and wil recommend L'Thai to everyone. Pros: Food, Service and Ambience Cons: Shopping Strip
