What a terrible terrible dentist and human being. He flat out steals from his patients and commits insurance fraud. We went to see him and he diagnosed my husband with major dental work. We were very trusting and spent over 4k. Well a year later we moved out of state and our new dentist had to completely redo what spivey did and then some because of the poor quality of workmanship. Since spivey we have spent an additional 6k in dental rework and repairs on my husband's mouth. \r
There is no re-course with dental insurance, they would not go after him and paid the fraudlent bills. If you have experienced the same thing make sure you report him to the FL Dept of Health for investigation!!!\r
