Review content:
My husband and I just bought him a new bike from Tri-City Bikes, and are very very happy with the service we received while we were there. We drove 5 hours to trade in his older but in good shape motorcycle at Cycle Central. My husband had been talking to a salesmen there for a week and had made a sight unseen deal with him for a trade of his bike and cash for a bike on their show room floor. When we arrived the salesmen was not there, knowing we were coming in to buy the bike so we had to deal with another salesmen. He refused to honor the first salesmen's deal and raised the price on the bike and would not give us what my husband’s bike is worth, we ended up leaving with our old bike. We just happen to trip upon Tri-City Cycle as a last attempt to find a bike before we drove 5 hours back home with the same old bike. We pulled into the lot and were greeted right away, we told the salesperson the story of what we just went through at Cycle Central. He assured us that would not happen there and started showing us just what we wanted to see. We ended up spending more money than we planned to spend but are not upset for doing so because we have a beautiful new bike well worth what we paid for it. Highly suggest going to Tri-City Cycle if you are looking for a great deal, great service and great bikes.
