Tri-City Cycle

When I originally called to purchase a used motorcycle, I was bummed out that the one that I had found online was actually being sold right that minute. However, Brad (who is the online sales rep), recommended looking at another bike. I did and let him know that I would be coming that day to test ride/take a look at it. Worth the drive from Colorado Springs. When I got there, Brad had put a hold on the machine for me and had me test riding it in about 10 minutes. Once I'd decided to buy, the entire process took a grand total of about an hour, during which time Brad had the mechanic gurus in back going over the bike for me one last time. They even helped me get my insurance documentation in pocket and ready to ride home. About a week after purchase, Brad called me just to check in and make sure everything was still good to go. I've read some pretty horrible reviews about this place, but I've found absolutely no substance or justification for them. Just go in knowing what you are trying to do, and please understand that this is a business...it's how they make their living. They worked hard to make sure that I was pleased with my buying experience, and I am. more

I called and a J.D said yes come on down the bike is 3499. So i did when he found out i was disabled he said opps i made a mistake it is 3999 online now plus Dealer prep and ripping off. So i said OK i need to check with my Sister as she helps me with my decisions since my accident JD said OK we are done thank you for coming in He honestly tried to get an extra 500 $ from a Man that was not as slick as he used to be.He is a thief a liar and I would avoid this place at any cost! more

I bought an '07 Harley from tricity and it was the best buying experience I have had in my life. I dealt mostly with Brad trading emails and when the time came to finally buy it went so smoothly. Matt and Joel were the best...Tasha tried her hardest to find me a helmet and a jack for my wife...but to no luck. I would recommend this dealership to ANYONE that is looking for a new bike to ride!! Tri City didnt have the bike I wanted at the time I was ready to make my purchase. They where able to find exactly what I needed the same day I stepped on the lot. Many dealers in the area had what I wanted at the price I wanted to pay but Benji Martin gave me something that you cant get anywhere else. He has a gift in sales that is priceless. I went to multiple dealers... talked to over 50 sales people and Benji gave me his time, honesty, and i felt he was looking out for my best interest from the very beginning. The sales Manager Scott was also a pleasure to work with. Ive been in the Sales industry for many years and I will never forget how well I was treated at Try City Cycles. Great job guys that was an experience I will never forget. I will not do business anywhere else and I will refer everyone I know looking for a bike to have the experiance I had. Thanks more

I purchased a Honda vtx from tricity two weeks ago. I must say the staff at tricity Brad, Christina and Scott were great. If anyone hasn't been to tricity you should check it out for sure. more

Scott: I want to thank you and your entire staff for the fine service that I received Memorial Day while taking delivery of my new / used Honda CBR600F4i. The service department did a fantastic job wiring my GPS unit and the parts department went out of there way to demonstrate and sell a Shark helmet and 4G Bluetooth kit. I normally don't buy extended warranties but chose to because of your fine service and friendly way. Thanks again for everything. I made it back to Missoula Montana in one day (15hrs) in spite of high winds and later some cold rain in Montana.
