I am sending this email to let you know that we really appreciated your service and install of our flatscreen television. We have a small and awkwardly arranged family room that leaves little space for a television. However, we love the room and would often spend a lot of time there. The best solution for entertainment was to place a television on the wall above the fireplace. Many companies did not want to do the work, or told us it couldn't be done. I knew that it could be done and when we spoke to TechRowe, we definitely felt assured that it would be!
We just wanted to say thank you for being professional throughout the entire process, educating us, providing quality service, and getting the job time proficiently. Since the install, our eyes have been hooked on the big screen and the family room has become one of our favorite rooms in the house! It's football season, and my oh my what a sight!!! The husband is in la-la land! LOL!
